APPOINTMENT DAY

1.  Bring with you your current ID

2.  Bring a list of all medicaiton with doses (Unless you have already filled out paperwork).

3.  Bring Hearing Aid/Glasses/Contacts (if needed) to appointment

4.  Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing

5.  AVOID: Chewing tobacco, smoking and caffeine within 4 hours of your appointment 

6.  Avoid urinating directly before your appointment (you will be asked to provide a sample at your appointment)

1.  Hypertension

2.  Sleep Apnea or Any sleep disorder

3.  Diabetes

4.  Depression/Anxiety (Psychiatric disorders inclusive of ADHD)

5.  Heart Attack, Stent Placement, Angina, Angioplasty

6.  Pacemaker

7.  Stroke, Seizure or Traumatic Brain Injury

8.  Monocular Vision

9.  Aneurism

10.  As well as others - Please contact Dr. Donner at 757-500-3506 (Call or Text) or through email at dotdocvirginia@gmail.com if you have specific health conditions you'd like to discuss prior to your exam.  Your doctors office is also able to fax any necessary paperwork to my office directly at 757-410-0933.
